As the goods are usually second hand you have the same legal refund rights with second–hand items as you would with a new item. However, you cannot claim a refund for problems that: we as the seller tell you about. We provide detailed descriptions in our listing and that includes any known faults. If picking up please feel free to examine the item to ensure that you are happy with it before you take it away. Refunds must be requested within 24 hours. Customer is responsible for postage if returning goods.
